In the context of the AD-WAN branch scenario, H3C offers an integrated approach by combining the AD-WAN controller, branch network controller, security controller, and infrastructure manager within a cloud- and AI-native architecture, with the AD-WAN controller serving as the central component. Together, these elements collaborate to deliver management, control, and analytics capabilities enabling administrators to effectively plan, design, operate, and optimize networks and security services across various domains—from site LAN networks to WAN connectivity—ensuring end-to-end delivery of services. Additionally, H3C’s SeerAnalyzer component is available to provide intelligent network operations, further enhancing the efficiency and performance of the network infrastructure.

The joint solution leverages H3C access points, with a low-cost USB adapter incorporated into the access point's USB port to manage ESL communications. By using this setup, the access points facilitate secure communications between ESLs and the associated server.

ESLs are equipped with a wireless transceiver, an on-board processor, a personal area network (such as NFC), and a display (LCD, TFT, or E-paper). These ESLs establish wireless connections to cloud-based price management software and are utilized for dynamic pricing, stock management, and targeted marketing initiatives.
